DARE FAMUYIWA
Investment Portfolio Director
Dare Famuyiwa is our Investment Portfolio Director. He has been investing in property for over 3 years and has vast knowledge and experience across various property strategies. David communicates with our partners, investors, and the general financial community to develop and maintain positive relationships with the business. David has helped our investors make the informed decisions in ensuring they receive the best deal and client experience throughout their property journey. Outside of managing our investor relations Dare enjoys playing rugby, badminton, and other social activities.
FESTUS FAMUYIWA
Chief Executive
Festus Famuyiwa has been in the property industry for several years. He is also a structural engineer, the knowledge he acquired has an engineer gave him an edge in decisions of properties to invest in. Festus’ experience cuts across working on exciting projects across various sectors in the UK, with a particular focus in development, commercial and residential real estate sectors and enjoys the sense of satisfaction of getting a deal done. Outside of work, Festus’’ enjoys various sports and is a keen family man.
OMUA KEHINDE EDEKI
Chief Executive Asset & Home Design Director
Kenny is our Home Design and Customer Service Manager with over 15 years leadership experience. She works in the field of interior, and graphic design. She leads the business design development and building prototypes. Kenny has talent for cultivating relationship with our stakeholders, which has led to high occupancy rate, minimal turnover, and renewal of long-term leases.
ADESHINA BABA
Investment Strategies & Relations Director
Shina is our Investment Director. He is also a Data Analyst and takes particular responsibility for analysing deal, structuring and negotiation. Shina has worked across a broad range of property deals, with a particular focus of analysing floor plans for restructuring. He has comprehensive knowledge in the commercial and residential real estate sectors and has a passion of creating best-in-class real estate assets and delivering the highest possible service for our clients.
